Who we are
AniMary is a website with stories, songs, activities and recipes for babies and toddlers, made for parents and caregivers. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what you can do about it, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).

The site is for parents
Accounts, subscriptions and use of the site are always by an adult. We don't register children and don't collect data directly from them. The only information about the baby is what the parent chooses to provide when subscribing (name and date of birth), used only to fit the content to their age.
Data we collect
When you subscribe: name, email, WhatsApp number (optional), CPF (Brazilian tax ID) and the baby's name and date of birth. The CPF is required by our payment provider to issue the charge.
When you sign in: your email, to send the access code, and a record of the session while you are signed in.
For payments: the billing history (amount, method, status). Card details are entered into and stored by Asaas, our payment provider; we never have access to them.
For phone notifications: if you allow it, your browser's technical notification address, to send the daily activity. You can turn it off at any time in your account or in the browser.
Cookies
We use only a few cookies, all necessary for the site to work: the session cookie (keeps you signed in), the language cookie and the free-plan cookie (counts this month's recipes and story screens). We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
YouTube videos
The videos on the site come from our YouTube channel and play in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): YouTube only sets cookies once the video starts playing. When you watch, Google's Privacy Policy also applies (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
To publish videos to our own channel, we use the YouTube API Services through the "AniMaria Publicador" app. It only accesses the AniMaria channel, to upload our videos, and does not access or store data from visitors or any other Google account. This use follows the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and Google's Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
How we use the data
To create and keep your account, bill the subscription, unlock your plan's content, send the notifications and messages you asked for, answer you, and meet legal and tax obligations. We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services the site needs to work: Asaas (payments), the email delivery service (sign-in codes and account notices), the browsers' push notification services, and the company that hosts the site and the database. Each one receives only what its part requires.
How long we keep it
For as long as the account exists. If you ask us to delete it, we erase the account, baby and notification data, keeping only what the law requires (such as payment records, for the tax period).
Your rights
At any time you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent (such as phone notifications). Just write to ola@triaddigital.com.br; we reply within 15 days.
Security
The site uses a secure connection (HTTPS), sign-in codes and sessions are stored hashed, and access to the database is restricted.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be on this page, with the update date at the top.
