Beef stew bites with squash and green beans
The classic Brazilian picadinho, made for the whole family, with the toddler's portion set aside before salting. The small beef cubes simmer in the sauce until tender, the squash almost melts and the green beans go in short pieces. Served with rice, it is the complete meal the Brazilian Ministry of Health's dietary guidelines recommend from 1 year on.
