The family snack your toddler can now share: seasonal fruit in small pieces, with a spoonful of plain yogurt on top. Each color brings a different vitamin, and your child practices with the spoon and with their hands.

Makes 2 servings Contains: milk
Ingredients
- 1 slice of ripe papaya
- ½ banana
- 2 tbsp diced mango
- 4 seedless grapes
- 2 tbsp plain whole-milk yogurt, unsweetened (about 1¾ oz / 50 g)
How to make
- 1Wash all the fruit well. Peel the papaya, banana and mango.
- 2Cut the papaya and mango into ½-inch cubes, and the banana into slices cut into quarters.
- 3Cut each grape lengthwise into quarters. Mix everything in a bowl and top with the yogurt.
Tips
- Always cut grapes: whole grapes are a choking hazard. Cut them lengthwise into quarters until age 4.
- The right yogurt: plain, whole-milk and unsweetened. Kids' cups and fruit yogurts have added sugar.
- Seasonal fruit: swap in pear, melon, strawberries or peeled orange segments, whatever is in season. Hard fruit, like raw apple, only grated.
- No sugar: no condensed milk, honey or sweetened granola on top.
- Storage: put it together right before serving. Cut fruit browns and gets watery.
